The Agency for Tourism Promotion and Support organizes "Days of Macedonian Tourism" in Sofia on Thursday.
The event aims at promoting tourism in Macedonia and increase the number of Bulgarian tourists in the country.
The promotion will include Macedonian wine tasting, Macedonian music, as well as awarding of Macedonian authentic products, such as Ohrid pearls, filigree, and awarding weekend trips to Ohrid.
"The successful promotional activities in Bulgaria have resulted in the increase of the number of tourists by 15 percent in recent years. Considering the rise of tourists by the year, the support to foreign tour-operators will resume", said the Agency.
