Wine stores will be opened in few Macedonian cities

Macedonian Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management will co-finance the opening of ten specialized wine stories covering an area of 30 to 100 square meters. From the Programme on Rural Development for this purpose will be set aside 10 million MKD.

Stores will be opened in Skopje, Ohrid, Berovo, Kavadarci, Stip, Strumica, Prilep, Bitola and Krusevo, the cities which are frequently visited by tourists.

The funds will cover costs for furnishing the shops, rent and salaries for at least two salespersons.

“Wine stores at border crossing and airports as well as specialized wine stands in tourist resorts are planned to be opened in the future”, stated at Sunday’s press conference Macedonian Agriculture Minister Ljupco Dimovski.
