One of just three routes currently flown between Germany and Macedonia, this cake celebrates the latest, operated between Berlin Schönefeld and Skopje by Germania.
Germania launched its fifth and final route in December, beginning twice-weekly operations (Mondays and Fridays) between Berlin Schönefeld (SXF) and Skopje (SKP). Started on 20 December, the A319-operated service is currently the German airline’s only route into Macedonia. While there is no direct competition on the city-pair, Wizz Air is the only other airline in the Germany-Macedonia market, offering flights between Skopje and Dortmund (thrice-weekly) and Memmingen (twice-weekly).
