The traditional children's event "Snow City", will be held this year on February 18-22 at the ski resort Popova Sapka.
The sculptures made out of ice will be built by children, pupils of several primary schools in Skopje and other places, the Children Cultural Center Karpos announced.
Teams of ten children and a mentor, will build this city which will be officially opened on February 22, at 11:00 a.m., thus commencing the second part of the event, dubbed Snow Caravan which will take place until February 28.
Numerous other activities will also be held as part of the Snow City event, including Snow Miss, sports games, table tennis, pools, table football, and darts, Snow Cross, the Sweetest Candy, Masked Balls and a disco party for the participants in the Snow City.
