According to data of the State Statistical Office, the number of tourists in February was 29743 and the number of nights spent by tourists was 62297.
The number of tourists in February compared to the same month in 2014 increased by nine percent and the number of nights spent increased by 2.8%.
The number of domestic tourists in February compared to the same month last year decreased by 11.6%, while the number of foreign tourists increased by 23.5%.
The number of nights spent by domestic tourists decreased by 13.1%, whereas the number of nights spent by foreign tourists increased by 16%.
The number of tourists in period January-February, compared to the same period last year, increased by 7.6%: the number of domestic tourists decreased by 5.6%, while that of foreign tourists increased by 18.2%.
The number of nights spent in period January-February increased by 1.7%: the number of nights spent by domestic tourists decreased by 12.1%, whereas those by foreign tourists increased by 15%.
